Local design execution — construction documentation and site delivery of M Moser Associates’ original design.

Seoul headquarters built around the concept “Four Seasons of Korea,” with spring, summer, autumn, and winter zones across the work café & lounge, training rooms, conference and meeting rooms, and wellness and amenity areas. Executed across two floors (8F–9F), front-of-house and back-of-house.
